Absolutely not! You get to pick the day of the week you want to check in and check out as long as it meets the minimum number of nights based on the season. This flexibility can be a huge benefit if you don't want to fight the traffic getting on to the island on a busy summer Saturday morning!

We will notify you if the property is cleaned and available early. Please be aware that during the busy summer season, it is difficult to have the property cleaned early in time for an early check in.
Our payments are extremely simple. Simply pay the first $100 to secure your booking, then pay the remaining balance at least 30 days prior to your arrival. The system will automatically charge the card you enter 30 days prior to your arrival with any remaining balance.
Yes! We will charge a hold of $300 on your card. This hold will be released 7 days after your departure if there is no damage.
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
