Jason’s place was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do the home no justice at all, you have to be there to see how stunning the condo is. The home was very clean and had everything that anyone would need when vacationing away from home. Jason has pulled out all the stops so all you have to do is relax and enjoy.

The Sassy Sea Turtle was perfect for our family vacation. It is beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings, very comfortable beds and impressively clean. Great location yet close to a public beach access - about one mile. Also, the club house was a hit with our teenagers. Jason is a stellar host with proactive communication and quick responses. What a wonderful time my family had staying at Jason’s beautiful home. We had a large group for my sister’s 70th birthday. Decorated nicely in beach theme. Beds super comfortable with nice bedding. Everything we needed for the beach and pool. We paid extra to heat the pool and worth it since we had cooler temps all week. Spent a lot of time in pool and hot tub. Kitchen and large dining table perfect for our big group. We had everything we needed in kitchen for cooking dinner every night. Quick walk to magnificent beach. We had a great time and memories were made. Thanks again.

Our family just spent a wonderful 10 days at The Sassy Starfish in the Outer Banks, and it was the perfect getaway! Our experience was made even better by Jason's outstanding communication and responsiveness to all our requests. They truly went above and beyond. The house was comfortable for our large family and with many amenities included making our stay comfortable and convenient. All in all, we had a lovely time and made some fantastic memories. We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were excellent. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen with all the conveniences of home. I appreciated that since we cook a lot for our family gathering. Not one detail was missed from the beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon, every kitchen gadget, and plenty of essentials (TP, dish soap). I appreciated the attention to these conveniences. The pool was a hit with the kids and teen. Jason has excellent, prompt communication. We'll be back!

Hello! I'm Jason and my family and I have been traveling to the Outer Banks for many years. We finally decided to purchase this house in early 2022 and we absolutely love it! We've made a massive amount of updates and investments into this house to make it amazing for you and your family! We're excited to get the opportunity to host you and your family and friends for a memorable vacation with so much to do in Corolla and the Outer Banks.
